Description of Work
Scope of labor:
- Remove and replace damaged baseboard and quarter round in the kitchen.
- Install new trim sections and caulk/fill minor joints as needed.
- Paint the new trim to match the existing finish.
- Remove and install a new kitchen faucet, ensuring proper connections and testing for leaks.
- Remove two existing ceiling fan/light units and install two new smart ceiling fan/light units.
- Connect and test the new fans for proper operation and smart features.
- Perform cleanup and remove debris from all installations.
Scope of materials:
- 1 x Baseboard moulding, primed MDF, 8 ft length
- 1 x Quarter round moulding, primed MDF, 8 ft length
- 1 x Spring-style pull-down kitchen faucet, chrome with black hose, mid-range residential unit
- 2 x Braided faucet supply line, 3/8 in compression x 1/2 in FIP, 20 in
- 2 x Smart ceiling fan with light, black blades/chrome finish, Alexa-compatible, 52 in
- 1 x White paintable caulk, 10.1 oz tube
- 1 x Wood filler, small tub
- 1 x 18-gauge brad nails, 1-1/2 in, small pack
- 1 x Interior trim paint, semi-gloss white, quart

Lead Paint Disclosure (safety)
Due to the age of the home if more than 6 square feet of paint inside and 20 sq feet exterior is disturbed, paint must be tested for lead. Though very unlikely, if lead is found to be present per EPA a certified company must demo and clean up any dust. We are certified for this but not currently performing such work. We would refer an environmental company to demo and clean and then we would come to finish the work.
