Updated September 7, 2026. This notice covers fastestestimator.com, the marketing website for FixFox Instant Estimator. The estimator app, app stores, and other linked services have their own privacy information.
Trial requests
When you request a trial, FixFox receives the contact and business details you enter so we can respond and help you get started. Our website sends these details through SendGrid to our business inbox. If you allow analytics, the request also includes available campaign labels, the first page visited in your browser session, and the referring website’s hostname. We do not send your form fields to Google Analytics or Vercel Analytics.
Optional measurement
With your analytics permission, Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics measure visits, pages, referral sources, and device information. Google Analytics additionally measures trial-button clicks, form starts, successful requests, and app-store clicks. Google Analytics uses browser identifiers and cookies. Vercel Analytics uses request-derived identifiers rather than analytics cookies. Counts may differ between services and may omit visitors who decline or block tracking.
Advertising measurement
If you choose “Allow both,” we also send successful trial-request conversions to Google Ads. Google’s enhanced conversions feature uses your submitted email, hashed by Google’s tag, to match ad interactions. Advertising click identifiers may also be retained for the browser session and included in measurement to attribute paid visits. They are not included in lead emails. Your email is used for Ads conversion matching, not as a Google Analytics event field. Our website does not enable ad personalization in its tag configuration.
Your choices
You can use the site and request a trial with essential-only settings. We save your privacy preference in your browser. With analytics permission, we save campaign attribution for the browser session. Change your choice using . Withdrawing permission stops future optional measurement through this site; it does not delete data already received by service providers.
Hosting and embedded videos
Vercel hosts the website and processes requests for delivery and operation. Embedded Vimeo videos and Google-hosted fonts contact their providers when loaded. These providers may process device and request information under their own policies. Our analytics choices control the analytics and advertising tags described above, not the operation of external video players or linked websites.
