Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of FixFox Instant Estimator, including its app, dashboard, and integrations, provided by FixFox LLC ("FixFox," "we," or "us"). By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use it for a business, you confirm that you have authority to act on its behalf.
1. Your account and use
Keep your account information accurate and protect access to your email, sign-in links, and verification codes. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account and for managing your team's access.
Use the service lawfully. Do not misuse another person's information, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or upload unlawful or harmful material.
2. Your content
You retain your rights to the recordings, photos, project details, and other content you submit. You give FixFox permission to process that content as needed to provide the features you use, including through service providers and integrations you authorize.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit content, record conversations, and share customer information. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle information.
3. AI-generated estimates
Instant Estimator helps prepare estimates; its output may contain errors or omissions. Review customer details, scope, quantities, prices, taxes, and other information before sending a quote or relying on an estimate.
You remain responsible for your final quotes, customer agreements, work, and business decisions. FixFox does not guarantee the accuracy of an estimate, a project's cost, or its outcome.
4. Jobber and other integrations
Integrations are optional and require appropriate authorization. When you connect Jobber and initiate an export, you authorize FixFox to transfer relevant information and create records in the connected account. Review exported records before using them.
Third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies. Their availability and features may change. Disconnecting an integration does not automatically delete records already exported to that service.
5. Fees
Any fees, trial conditions, or subscription terms will be disclosed when you select or agree to a paid service. These terms do not introduce additional charges or replace a separate agreement you have with FixFox.
6. Availability and ending use
We may maintain, update, or change the service. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security concerns, or violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and contact support for help closing your account.
The service is not a permanent archive. Keep copies of records you need; data retention and deletion are described in our Privacy Notice. Stopping use does not by itself cancel any separately agreed subscription.
7. Service limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. FixFox is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the revised version with its effective date. For material changes, we will provide appropriate notice and obtain consent where required by law.
